What I Mean Here
This space is not just about what I’ve done.
It’s also a reminder for myself.
Whenever I feel lost, out of direction, or disconnected from what I’m doing,
I always go back to a simple desire I had when I was younger:
I wanted to build something —
something that people would actually use.
It might sound ordinary,
but for a kid growing up in an Islamic boarding school with limited internet access,
that dream came from small, rare moments.
We didn’t have much access,
but when we did, I used it to explore.
I created blogs on Blogspot and WordPress,
filled them with school assignments, random thoughts, and small stories about daily life.
Sometimes, I played online games like Second Life with friends —
trying out different roles, imagining different paths, asking
“what if I become this or that?”
Without realizing it,
those moments built something in me:
A habit of learning.
A way to survive by figuring things out.
That foundation is still with me today.
I genuinely enjoy learning new things —
not just because I have to, but because it’s how I move forward.
Over time, I also started to believe that
things don’t happen randomly.
There are patterns.
There are connections.
When I look back at my journey — from writing, to marketing, to sales, and now building products —
I can see a thread connecting them all.
Each step wasn’t wasted.
Each one shaped how I think, how I work, and how I build.
So when I say “Beyond Code,”
this is what I mean.
This is a collection of my journeys —
things I’ve experienced, learned, and grown from.
Things I’m proud of.
And things I return to,
to find the next connection.
I’m just connecting the dots — one step at a time.
