Who I Work Best With

Not every working style fits everyone — and that’s okay.
Here’s the kind of people I usually work best with:

You don’t have to be perfect, but you try to:

  • Bring context, not just questions
  • Break things down before discussing
  • Keep conversations focused

We don’t need long meetings — just clear thinking.

You don’t wait until things get messy.

  • If something is unclear, you ask
  • If something feels off, you say it
  • You’re comfortable using chat to move things forward

I really enjoy working with people who are responsive and not “silent mode”.

Not just finishing tasks, but:

  • “Does this actually make sense?”
  • “Is this usable in real life?”

You think beyond your part — even in small ways.

People who are realistic, not overpromising

You understand that:

  • Good work takes time
  • Plans can change
  • Transparency matters more than pretending everything is fine

I’d rather adjust early than fix chaos later.

People who like structure, but stay flexible

Section titled “People who like structure, but stay flexible”

You’re okay with:

  • Planning things in phases
  • Working step by step
  • Adjusting when needed

Not everything has to be perfect — but it should make sense.

You don’t over-meet.

  • Meetings have purpose
  • Communication is clear
  • Work time is protected

We talk when needed, and execute when it’s time to build.

  • You communicate clearly
  • You think in structure
  • You care about what you build
  • You’re honest about progress

If this sounds like you, we’ll probably get along just fine.

I don’t need perfect teammates — just people who are clear, honest, and willing to figure things out together.
